Tony was awesome! I brought in my computer for a RAM upgrade & for audio troubleshooting on my Dell Precision. The RAM upgrade went flawlessly & Tony spent the time to troubleshoot my audio issue after a Driver Update. He also spent his time educating me on Dell supported software so this issue won’t happen again. I will definitely be back for my future computer needs. A+ for customer service & Tony’ service charge is very reasonable for his customers!

I brought my desktop here for repairs and the customer service was amazing. I was updated every step of the way on the progress of the work. Had my computer in and out quickly up and running. So I had made a mistake of trying to plug in a USB in the dark and irresponsibly bent the USB pins extremely bad causing my motherboard to short, fried my cpu, and my cooler went out as well. Tony was very knowledgeable; he knows exactly what he was doing when it came to my computer, he was able to switch out the motherboard, cpu, and cooler with little to no issues in a very timely manner. Prices are reasonable especially when comparing them to other repair store in the area. Tony sent me pictures every step of the way so that I never had to wonder what was going on with my computer. As you can see in the before photo my computer was very dusty and when I got it back its completely spotless. Tony is respectable, and every though I am a female, he did not treat me as though I was unintelligent, try and hike prices, etc like some places may try and always spoke directly to me instead of my partner. Overall I am very stratified and will be sure to return if I ever have any issues.
